Our Working Terms

• Fixed price contracting: Building your completed and approved plans for a set price

• Design-Build: Designing and building as an owner--designer--builder collaboration from beginning to end.

• Small job services:  "Punch lists," maintenance and repair items, and other work. Often done  on an hourly rate plus materials reimbursement.

• Cost planning services: Our preferred approach to all major projects is to charge for estimation and design work beyond the initial consultation. We offer our clients thoroughness and transparency and reduce the potential for unexpected costs.

 

Licensing, bonding and insurance status:
